Hi

I've been trying to get some good quality sound recorded with fraps, but the only way I can record actual sound is by microphone and the quality on that things isn't that good. Now I would want to know if there is somekind of way which will let me record sound on an alternative way..?

Where or What are you trying to record from?
From the computer?

Try Audacity
Trying to record ingame vids you know? and in the fraps settings it gives a box with ''Record sound'' but the sound that is recorded by my mic sucks..

Never knew that Fraps had that function.  Try to find in the fraps option to record on something other than microphone (source in).  Sorry I do not have fraps on this computer or I would check for myself.
If you want the sound only try Audacity.  You can record sounds off of programs being run on your computer without using a mic.

If sound input still different than stereo mixer do the following, otherwise you're good to go

As far as I could understand it, I have checked the box ''Stereo Mix'' but it still gives ''Default'' on either Detect best sound thing and windows sound input...I don't understand..
The weird thing is, that I cant change any of the volume levels,
Never mind! I think it actually worked!
