Well, I recently got a job, and the cash flow's starting to come in. I REALLY need to get a new video card and memory and possibly a cooling fan. I'm looking at the GeForce 7950, 1 gig of ram to add to my 512 mb...but I don't know what Cooling Fan/Video Card specifically to get. Any ideas?

Also, another question. I've got an Intel Pentium 4 processor at 3.00 GHz. Should I upgrade to the Core Duo processor but with only 2.4 GHz, or what?

You should set your chip up first this way you can work out the mobo options. I can tell you now that both GPU's and CPU's prices will be coming down pretty soon. Nvidia and intel are pretty much unchallenged atm so the prices are fixed. HardOCP is saying by summer next year we could see quads in the $450 range.

just buy a new computer !!!!!!!!!!! would be more simple then changing the video card, the memory, the fan and the processor !!!!
