well they were close enough to here them yell the classic "Allahu Akbar".
After watching that clip again, that tank looks like a Merkiva. I think those were Palestinians firing that RPG.

Looked like they were close enough that even if they hit the tank the round probably wouldn't have detonated cause it didn't have enough time to arm it self.
