I've only ever made a pie once though - it's a lot of hassle. I don't count Sheperds Pie or Cottage Pie as true pies, since they have no proper pastry just mash - they're both damn good though. I had Cottage Pie for dinner last night - in fact I think there's some in my fridge right now.....
