White Christmas this year ?

Hello everyone,

First I post this because here at quebec city, we are not going to have a white christmas, which is rare here, I think that its the only year I remember. Id want to know if the same phenomena is happening also in other regions that are supposd to be cold at this period, and that, exceptionally dont have snow this year.

Secondly Id want to know about the proportion of regions in the world that have snow actually. Here, we are crying because we dont have snow, lets see how many people have never snow, and that dont really care about it...

In NYC it usually snows by the beginning of December, we haven't had any yet. It is too warm out.
