use Mounted Gun while commander, arty will get you there

You can get your air defense badges that way as well
if you want to do it without the commander thingy - wake island is quite nice for that chinese airbase, and some us peeps will get you there

I recived my veteran on Karkand @ Square in that TOW..you know APC drives away with +3 ppl...
And ofc this commander thingy is a good way but i think INF server Warlord and that mounted gun on the palace.

Got mine the "kinda" hard way, on Karkand defending the Warehouse in IO mode.
