I do drugs because they make me feel good. If feeling good is bad, then so be it. I'm bad.

never.
Illicit drug use by teenagers is down overall at the moment. Prescription drugs is another matter.RoosterCantrell wrote:
I wonder if it was legalized if Pot use would maybe go down... For kids under 18, Id say alot of it is rebellion. Maybe Im wrong. but its nature and well documented that kids have a desire to veer off from parents and thier rules, so, like cigarettes, they use it for the rebellious aspect of it. Sure, the high aint bad either though!

I'm 17 and in my high school chemistry class there are about 6 guys and 1 girl that talk quite openly about their drug use. While I dont' approve, it's their choice. I would have said "no offense", but I mean to offend, I don't want a fucking pot smoker getting a job before me. This kid is high constantly and it's not like he's clean in other aspects and a good student either. I'm an all A student and healthy and reliable, but he got my job. The end.

I agree with this totaly, pot sends me to sleep and I miss all the funny things happening around me. I Like getting tipsy, but I see no fun in excess where I end up in a puddle of my own sick. How is this fun? I like it in moderation where things can get crazy, but no one is unconcious.(HUN)Rudebwoy wrote:
Very many tried drugs around me. So I've tried it too and I dont know what was the big deal about them. They are expensive, most of them are very bad to health (worse than alcohol or tobaccoo) and I dont feel THAT much happier by them. I say if u have good friends whom you can get drunk with its much more better, healthier, cheaper etc...
So IMO about 80% of people start using drugs because they think its cool...
Wait you think because someone smokes weed they shouldn't get a job before someone who doesn't my point is that weed is just the same as any legal drug like alcohol different effects but someone who drinks alot will get alot less grief from his peer than a weed smoker reason: alcohol is more socially acceptable and is legal that is the only difference and that said its a bullshit reason due to the fact that its much safer than most legal drugs.LockerFish wrote:

No offense but the cannabis laws need serious reconsideration.Sgt_Sieg wrote:

I know, I never said anything about the law itself, but until it *isn't* a law, it's still illegal to possess it (well, a significant amount).Mason4Assassin444 wrote:

And your post implies that weed smokers have no respect for the law....oh...well yeah your right. I have no respect for the current mj laws in my state. I do for other laws though.Sgt_Sieg wrote:

An opinion I can totally empathise with. I smoke a lot of weed, but I also appreciate the fact lots of people don't really enjoy it and that's good for them really, but I like it, so I smoke it.ShowMeTheMonkey wrote:

Well at risk of myself sounding like an ass I will say that it's probably possible to have respect for all laws but one, tip of the hat to you, sir.Mason4Assassin444 wrote:
