I agree, and I'm not usually the complainer type of guy. But when I randomly find someone playing K&P when browsing stats, then you know that something has to be done with this game. I dont see why K&P servers can be up and running at all, EA should shut them down immediately. It annoys me to know that people can earn points by cheating and therefore getting an advantage over fair players.

Hey crusader the server name does say prefered. If the server admins don't kick people for using other weapons then it isn't against the ROE. Maybe if you would have actually got a screenshot of him ingame to prove it was pistol and knife only and you would need a screenshot of you getting kicked for using other weapons which I don't see. All I see is a screenshot of some guys stats page that in no way should affect you.
