its not a new game but try that mod project reality its pretty good
Project Reality is good. If you're going off FPS, go to CoH and if you're staying on FPS, try CS:S or HL2, along with MOHAA and CoD2

I re-bought a ps2, the slim version, and played through God of War again. I'm going to buy FFX soon. I stopped playing FF games at FF3 (or 6, whatever) and want to get back into them. I want FF12, but I don't want to pay $50 for it.
Oh yeah, I don't have the internet at home, so I have to amuse myself with games I already have.
Rebeat HL2, Fear & Deus Ex 2. Played through Simcity 4 & Civ2 a bunch. I even play BF2 singleplayer because I miss it so much, and that's hard to do (SP sux).
Console time baby... console is the best option for someone with no internet access.

Definately try Deus Ex. It's a low-end game so it could run on just about anything, it's such an amazing game. Half Life and Quake series are obviously great. You could also try Soldier of Fortune. Games often take a small step past the line of violence one game at a time, but it's like SoF just leaped over the line and kept running, it's easily the most violent game you can play. Just to give you an idea, if you shoot a guy in the face with a shotgun, his whole head gets blown off. However, my favorite is a throat shot with a weaker gun because you can see them choking and coughing on the blood. Here's the main FPS games in a list form for you:
Deus Ex (First one, second one isn't that good but still ok)

Soldier of Fortune (Get the first before you get the second)
Call of Duty (Any)
Unreal Tournament (Any)
Planetside -- If you don't mind paying a monthly fee, I believe the first 3 months are free though.

Red Faction -- First is better, second one is still really good though.

Painkiller -- This game is SOOOO much fun and I say pick this one out of all of them, it's also cheap.
