Can't clear my PM inbox

My inbox is full and I can't send or receive PMs. I get this error when I try to delete them:

Do you run Zone Alarm? If so, turn it off and try again. Worked for me.

Yep, same thing always happens to me with Zone Alarm on. Shut it down and you'll be all set.
