(but i should add that i think 32 person, 16 player-sized infantry only gulf of oman is easily the best map in BF2. oh snap!)

Strike At Spamland sucks because people just spam nades everywhere and I been getting killed by granade's most of the time plus there is alot of people who just play as medic and support

I don't give a fuck about your computer.
For me, SF is plain superior.
Actually ALL SF maps are Karkand on steroids: close flags, intense battles. And you can have the same fast-paced action on EIGHT different maps, not always the same brown dusty third-world shit.
Tank whores can have a lot of fun but are not so devastating as in Karkand.
Chopper whores can have a lot of fun, but need to have some skill, opposed to Sharqi whores.

Want fast CQB action? Iron Gator. Oh wait, probably you are one of those crybabies "onoes MECSF don't stand a chance, this map sucks".

Do you like Karkand? Good for you, join the flock and have fun, I'll be on my SF.

EDIT: to the OP, I don't need to go on strike, I just play krapkand sometimes when it comes in the rotation.

Goddamn SF maps, so intense, especially Devil's Perch (1337) and Night Flight.

How well you play BF:2 is how well you can cover you team mates whilst you/them take a flag. How well you play BF:2 is by taking out the enemy with precise accuracy, etc.
Medic whoring at Kark takes no skill, all you need to do is camp and wait for a team mate to get shot, and hey presto 2 points!

I still don't understand what the hell is wrong with you people bitching about the way people play the game still. The game has been out for more than a year, and yet you still feel the urge to call people "point whores" for playing a map. Why is it even a map for point whores? It's smaller and more infantry accessible so you see people more often? That doesn't get you any points, you still have to kill them. If you are good, you will get points, and if you aren't you won't, just like any other map.

Why are you quitting this map? Because a fair number of people here have the opinion that it is a "noob" map and you don't have enough self confidence or will power to screw them and play it anyways. Don't listen to what anyone else is saying do what you want to do.

And certainly why the hell are you telling other people to quit a map just because you are.You don't want to play a map anymore, great, why do we need to hear about it.

i really don't know why i have it as most played. i guess most servers have it in their cycles more often then Songhua for instance... at the moment i like best:

- Kubra when flying
- Sharqi when on foot (or maybe in a chopper)

haven't played SF, EF, or AF in a long time. Probably cuz i don't know any good servers here in Europe
