What vehicles count as transport? I still need to pick up the basic transport but need to know what I need to drive.
i think anying that you can get another person in with you, i got mine while gunning in a hummer and a mate driving, you just have to be in the car/boat with another person and not necessaraly driving.
Wrong mate. There must be no one else in your car. I got my basic while sitting 10mins alone in a humvee at mainbase on daqing oilfields....

you can get it with or without someoene else in the transport with you. all the jeeps count as transports. as do the RIB's. the easiest way to do it is to be commander and sit in a jeep for 10 minutes while commanding.
