SF, of course!
2142 is just a mod... and mods should be for free, but that's EA....

Yes. SF is a bunch of crappy maps (except for warlord and ghost town)Sgt.Gene wrote:

For someone with a KDR and SPM of above 3.0 in BF2 that is expected. nice try.Fredrik wrote:

You dare to call the SF maps (except warlord & ghost town) "crappy" maps???Pernicious544 wrote:

Uh...they are. I play SF sometimes and always find myself getting bored. Oh and yeah your wrong, I'm 200 points away for my next rank, the max is still pretty far away. So, then this must mean that my difficulty chart is correct, because it is.Sub-Zero79 wrote:

Burn in hell...really! Oh and you +1 difficulty for 2142 with the argument that you get only 1 point for a kill and only a half point for a kill assist...have I missed something? In 2142 you're far away from needing 200.000 Points for the maximum rank or am I wrong?!

Nope, there are still far more people playing BF2 and SF than there are playing 2142.K3rt6699 wrote:

Yet what other basis for comparison is the consumer exposed to before actually purchasing the final product, which in the computer gaming world is past the point of no return? I am a relatively intelligent individual, and having been a gamer for many years, I know what kind of perspective to assume when appraising demos and betas . That being said, based on my experience with 2142, and mentally taking into account the limited nature of either sample, I still have to say that I wasn't too impressed with the game, its various functionalities, and its over-all game physics. While I think that the Titan mode is an interesting idea, I did not believe that the engine (a tweaked version of BF2's) was adequate to support it, and it therefore falls short of its potential. Moreover, I was extremely dissatisfied with DICE's implementation of its unlock/rank system, especially with regard to the absence of stock grenades and defibrillators. It felt too much like a haphazard puree of standard Battlefield class selection and something like Rainbow Six's ability to completely customize your avatar--which, honestly, I would have preferred.DoctorFruitloop wrote:
Basing your opinions on a beta and then a severely cut down version of the game is hardly a fair comparison.
