Well this is a some what new problem i have on my computer and I have no idea what to do. my computer will sometimes freeze and everything just stops and i have to hold the button until it shuts off the keyboard nd mouse bock lock up and it is only when I'm using my computer for low CPU things like Internet or word just weird things like that i have not changed any settings to screw it up so any help would be nice.
I would run a registry checking program like regmechanic but that's not free. http://ccleaner.com has a free one but it's not as good.
try runnning chkdsk /f on your hard drive
try running memtest86 on your RAM
