Since christmas, my enjoyment of this game has decressed.
The one and only reason. All the accidental team kills that then result in a punish. Back in the day I thought the punish system was good. Now I think its rubbish and horibaly unfair. Let alone the tk system.

I'll explain why I hate it oh soo much.
The main is the FAV Drivers. 3 Times in 2 days some idioit has driving a full FAV under my walker. Cliped it, so I get team Veical damage, So thats -1 point per person.

The the idoits drive the car that the game claims i just damaged into and wall and its explodes. So then I get 3 team kills. So thats -3 person. The I get 2 to 3 Punish's. So i think thats -1 per punish.

So in total thats -15 points for me. All for walking the walker in a straight line and some idoit driving under neath.

So my main gribe is how is that fair??? If i shot a team mate. Then yes I deserve to lose the points for the tk, hopefully not a punish casue I never tk on purpose.

So why do I get punished for others mistakes.

huh? -1 for punish? this is new to me..

punish in bf2 just means that it counts towards amount of tks before kick. i play 2142 a lot and never noticed this -1 you talk about.......

i think its only one more point for a punish on top of the -3 for the tk, But ive never really paid a lot of attention to the correct number

Wait a sec.! you get -1 points per person if you do teamdamage?!
If so, does this apply to all teamdamage?
So if an a^hole puts his sentrygun in front of mine, i'm basically fucked!

But i agree with you on the punish crap. If you walk next to a tank and you get ran over, don't complain. I got punished with a negative score already because of their incompetance

What i also hate is people that shoot you with a pistol to get your attention. The last few days i can't walk toward a vehicle or i get shot by some dickhead that can't press Q and yell 'i need a ride!'. I end up with depleted health and die when the enemy so much as looks at me.

all the noobs got the game for xmas, now they play, and they suck. and they punish. i've gotten kicked a couple of times already for cussing them out.

i like team damage, team kills. It makes people pay attention where they throw grenades and rockets. ON FF off i see to much spamming of everything.

you may think that i went a little over the top with the guy wen that happened to me, i was doing really well and needed like one more point for a certain gold badge, i was in a tank happily going towards a silo with about 1 min left on clock, when all of a sudden a halo with a hole clan plus one other comes down on my head, i manage to kill all of them got TV damage and was punished by 1 guy, the one not in the clan and died my self, so didn't get my award..... so next round i just followed him around for the hole game TKing him.... lame but i was so pissed off

Yeah i went off my face at them. And yes when the jeep bumped my walker leg. It had team dammage at the bottem 3 times. Either they hit me 3 times. Or its -1 point got each person in said FAV.

When ever cars now hit me I go off. I don't care anymore, I used to hate high rankers going off at n00bs. Now being a high ranker i can see why.

If I get tkd by someone in my team and its my fualt. I don't punish, And if they are in a squad, I will jump into it and so sorry. As they don't deserve to lose points for my stupidity. Or will type sorry.

I wouldn't go off at n00bs if they said sorry for casueing me neg points. But anyway., thinking about it is making me mad again. So i'll stop now

Well some maps there is only roads in which walkers can travel...

And i do know how to be leathal in a walker.... Look at me stats

That one REALLY sucks. As its hard to tell if the gun is on your team, or thier team... Which sucks.

It would be nice to be able to spot them, that way you know what team its on

Really, those new n00bs are real suckage.
I got t/k'd like 25 times yesterday. Mostly by people who can't drive and/or aim.
And what about this.
Titan defence. Corridor 1. I'm near the entrance, behind the corner waiting for people to come into corridor 1 and then some n00b support guy start nade spamming, while I'm still standing there. I mean WTF!!!
I normally never punish, but yesterday I'v punished like 8 people in one hour.

Had a similar one the other day. I'm at the first bulkhead in corridor 1 waiting for someone to come round the corner so I can hit the trigger, some n00b support guy drops his shiny new sentry drone next to the console entrance and since friendly fire was on every time some enemy got on the titan it was shooting me.

A quick stroll back to him, blew his drone up and then but a few rounds through his head and he remarkably got the message.

Been punished for a TK that you know was a complete accident? Get revenge!

I've found that a lot of people who punish for accidental TK's don't do it again if you re-spawn as a sniper with you're trusty Zeller H and go stand in front of a APM they've dropped, take aim, pull the trigger and hit page down!
(only works if they're a sniper obviously but when the titan shields come down most people seem to use Recon at some point)

Any one got any other tips for revenge? especially with other classes?
