pass the ea master server connection. Any solutions?? I heard turning off voip works but how do I do that??

If you are using a router you need do take your IP off of the DNS firewall by typing in your router's IP address in Internet Explorer. You can find your IP address by typing ipconfig/all in the CMD prompt.
