Got my "warm and fuzzy" earlier today... I donate platelets. I have an unusually high count too, so they always take 3 units from me. They don't even take my blood anymore, I'm A+, and it's the most common type, so they just do the platelets so they can get more.
I'm up to 15 gallons since the end of 2001. Thinking of bumping my appointment up to twice a month. Weird to think there's a little bit of me out there in some stranger(s)
