Bluetooth Receiver Question

Hello all, recently my friend gave me a brand new MX Revolution mouse. It's sick. But the only thing is he lost the little tiny bluetooth receiver that came with it. Logitech's awesome support never answers my emails and always puts me on hold for over 30 mins. They suck. I tried to look online and find the receiver but they just don't sell it i guess. But my question is can I buy just any bluetooth receiver and use that?

You should have no problems what so ever. I bought one from newegg.com for my bluetooth headset and when I went to set it up it ask me what device and one of them was a mouse. So I think your good if you get one. But I would'nt get the one you picked out though.

I just found out that the receiver for the MX revolution is an RF. Does that mean the bluetooth receiver will work?
My friend told me that it wouldn't work. Anybody know?

Where do you live? I have 2 for my MX setup (which I dont use anymore) so I could just mail one to you if you want. As long as you live in the US.

I live in york, PA. Dude that would be great, i only live about 3-4 hours away from pitt, I'm sure you heard of york, everybody in PA has.
