Hey guys.
I replaced my old Graphic card with Asus 7600 GT recently and I'm a bit disappointed. After reading a lot of reviews I hoped for major jump in graphic quality and FPS.

So, maybe you can post your specs and your ingame settings if your running a 7600 GT, too. I like to have a little bit of a comparison to other systems to know, if it's just my system or if I just got the wrong card.

Specs : Pentium 4 3.2 ghz
            1 Gig  DDR -SDRAM
            7600 GT

Settings : All on medium
               No Dynamic shadows or light
               No AF, AA
               View distance 100%
               Lightning effects off

And I get an average FPS of about 50. Titan and crowded areas drop me down to 30 or worse.

What is your experience ?
Thanks for help.

Well, I here are my specs:

Pentium D 3.0 ghz
1 gig (not quite sure what type of ram)
and obviously running a 7600

I have everything set on high, except for anti-aliasing, which is completely turned off. Looks very nice to me. The only thing I can't run well is titan mode, but after a few minutes of being in-game, the lag wears off and runs smooth.

i rekon you should have better performance than that. my specs are AMD athlon 64 3700+, 2 gig corsair ram, 7600gt and i have all high settings and 2xAA @1280/1024 and i get 40-60 fps and it looks mad. my card and cpu are overclocked though with aftermarket cooling so..................

You need more ram. Your video card is ok. You will see a HUGE difference in performance with another gig of ram. Also try overclocking a tad.

My Specs are:

Core 2 Duo E6600 2.8ghz CPU
2GB DDR2 800mhz RAM
OF course the 7600GT

Settings:

Running all on high, max AA setting, no lag...great for titans...BRILLIANT GAMING!!

So its the rest of your system and yes, get more AND faster RAM

You would get more replies in the tech section mate, especially lot of the guys who only really read the tech bit.....

My old system which I just replaced a few weeks ago was a very similar system,

Intel P4 3.2ghz HT
1 GB slow ram
fx5200 uped to a X1300 (got for like £20) and did major improvements over the old nvidia card
2x80GB HD's.

The RAM option many guys have suggested should do you a lot of good, even if then ur not pleased, a little overclock should do the trick, I increased my old x1300 by 25% and it ran very stable.  It's defo the GT yea?  If its the GS theres quite an performance drop, I ordered a 7600GT from two seperate sites and the mofos sent me a GS as the GT was out of stock, robbin b*****dz   Everyone gets shity FPS on Titan, its not you, its the way the Titan is constructed (what do you get in conquest and at what resolution?).

Great choice on card btw, I have one in my new machine till march and cheaper dx10s are out, my new machine and the card its handling 2142 on high very well.

Hey, 50 FPS is godly for me. Avg FPS: 15-25.

Crowded area and RANDOM TIMES MY COMPTUER DECIDES TO DIE, 4-7 FPS.

So quit complaining and accept your med graphics.

P.S., That's my future card ; )

I think that the 1 gig is what's killing your FPS...
