You might be mistaking it for the macro which could seem like a hack. It helps you operate your TV missiles without clicking, only guiding with your mouse.

I'm feeling remorse for making you have a nervous breakdown, so I'll help you out.
Invincibility to missiles, faster reloading, etc can't be done with a hack. Health is done server-side. Any bad registrations are just the server or your connection being shitty. Reloading missiles faster COULD be done but that involves modifying the game files, which would result in a kick when Verifying Client Data happens. Basically, a hack can show you where people are and aim for you. It won't turn on God mode for you.
edit: I don't think aimbotting can be done with a TV missile. However, as Jimmy said, you can use a macro which clicks very quickly for you so you basicaly just move your mouse to guide it. However this apparently doesn't help you very much, as the missiles don't turn as sharply when you click quickly. An easy way to detect this is to see a demo of the player from BattleRecorder, and if their TV missiles move very smoothly, leaving smooth smoke trails instead of little kinks here and there, chances are they're macroing.

Even with the steering on TV's I would think If some one spent enough time figuring out where to make the program click to compensate it could be done.
So I would imagine its possible? perhaps googling for general BF2 hacks/hacking communities could help you become more familiar with what and what isn't possible....In fact if you could find a forum on hacking BF2 (I know Ive seen links to at least one) their search feature could probably be quite helpful.
