I don't have a whole lot of time so answer it. If your display is stuck on having the taskbar show on the VGA and the icons show on the DVI setting. What do you need to do to get the DVI to work?

Plug monitor into DVI port - turn on - the end.
Are you running a dual monitor configuration?
Nevermind, I coached the guy through it over Ventrilo and now he is using DVI instead of VGA. Had to ask this originally because I had no idea what to do but I figured it out and now I know how to do it.
