Motherboard Selection

Ive been looking at buying one of these three motherboards but i cant decide which is best im going to be using a E6300 core 2 duo and G.SKILL DDR2 2GB PC-6400 (1GB x 2) F2-6400CL4D-2GBPK 800mhz ram but i heard this ram isnt compatible with certain motherboards for some reason so i was wondering which one of these motherboards is the best for me and that works with that ram. Looking for unbiased info as im going to be buying one of these.

Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 motherboard - $218aud

Asus p5b - $193aud

Asus P5N-E-SLI motherboard - $214aud.

Looks pretty good but it would be better if it was off the www.centrecom.com.au because im buying the rest of the pc there saves extra postal costs.

For some reason, p5b's load windows a bit slow. Mine takes about 3 seconds longer than my old gigabyte board.

Lol on besides the 3 seconds faster which should i pick the gigabyte ds3 and p5b use P965 chipset and the asus p5n-e uses 650i so which is best for me?
