Are fine as far as I know. No signs of frayed cables, and It was all fine until the capacitors blew.

I've also tried a new Mobo, but that had the same problem. I suspect the PSU, but it seems to be ok.

If it isn't turning on it would have to be PSU, or connection between the PSU and motherboard.

Nothing out of the ordinary. I was just playing Portal when the power to the box stopped. Three capacitors on the Mobo had popped up, but I got them replaced so it should be fine.
