I don't get it why am I getting this message? Admin please?

At least 60 seconds have to pass between sends. Please wait a little while and try send the message again.

I got that after trying to send a pm to a dude who I have never sent one to before...So whats with the wait between sends?

Between any time you've pressed the submit button there has to be 60 seconds. Doesn't matter if it's PM or forums.

This happened to me. But more than 8 minutes passed by and it still wouldn't let me do it. So I waited til the 15 min mark and it worked. That was way more than 60 seconds. =\

It happens some times for no reason as well. Just keep trying. It's a bit annoying.
Fortunatly Mods don't have a 60 second limit so we can spam as much as we want.
