I don't think anti tank can do it but check this page out. If you click on the tank picture it shows you exactly where the hit points are and how much damage. It's possible if the tank was already damaged and you hit the front tracks i guess.

if you notice, the tank is smoking when it rolls up, so they already damaged it so it would die with one shot
