I believe that when you have placed a sentry gun, the only way to replace it is either to pick it up, or if you have had your ammo hub out resupplying yourself after a while you will be able to drop another and the first will explode.

Ok, now I have 3 almost 4 unlocks available.  Any opinions on which tree to take?

4 unlocks now so I can pick a full tree.

Usually I cap/defend silos on Titan, and I'd like the autorepair and roller mines, but the EMP mine is just ok and the AA is useless from what I've heard.

Instead, I thought about going Pilum because it doesn't give a lock on tone to the target.  But the defuser and PDS don't interest me.

For Titan, when I'm on foot around silos, Assault or Support is my choice if there's no vehicles and I'm trying to cap it.  For silo defense, Engi seems to work better, though if one uses the fixed ground defense effectively, you want something to mop up the infantry.

I've been playing Support a lot more lately and defending/attacking the Titan more, though, so the Sentry guns would be really handy.  I want a tree that has lots of things I want so I'm heavily leaning towards the Ganz tree, for the Sentry gun, Netbat CamoID helmet, and the Ganz.   The Clark is hard to resist and I'd have the adv admo hub and pulse meter.  Choices, choices.

What's the range on the Clark?

Go for the pilum tree. In titan, thers tons more vehicles, so it comes in handy, and in conquest, walkers dominate, so a pilums handy then too

Thanks for all the help, guys.  Decided to take the Ganz tree to get the sentry gun.  Hopefully I'll rack up points to get the Pilum tree.

Yeah that sounds like a plan. Get lots of points with Support to quickly get the Pilum

The first round I played with the Ganz I snagged 13 kills, 36 teampoints, and the resupply badge . . . in half a round.    I'm not sure why people don't like the Ganz.  All I do is crouch and fire and I'm good unless the guy has a Lambert and we're toe to toe.  Took 3 of 5 in a squad all by myself crouching . . . then finished the rest from prone. *pats Ganz affectionately*

Just pick a tree. Promotions happen so fast in this game that it won't matter which one you pick first.

Makes me wish I would gone Support first instead of unlocking both Assault trees.  After I unlocked the Voss I never use the Baur.

I said engy. I did because there are so many maps that you need to defend yourself against vehicles and for some reason it is my most played kit even though i hate the smgs.

oh cmon, dont stoop to the nubs with no skill level. the voss is basically the g36e on full auto with 40 bullets....

please dont stoop that low.

The majority of the firefights I have around Titan silos are only a couple yards or less.  Because the Baur doesn't shoot fast enough, I use the Voss, otherwise I can't survive against the fast shooting Lambert.  Longer distances require better aim and burst shooting the Voss, so I think it takes some skill to use the Voss.  At very long ranges I switch to single shot on the Voss - that is the situation where the Baur would be superior. I loved the G3 in BF2 so perhaps I should give the Baur a chance.  I like the Voss 40 round clip because for some reason some people playing this game are mentally challenged and refuse to give me ammo even after asking 6 times.   The Ganz is my gun now, though, so no worries about ammo.

Tough one - two good kits imo. Engineer shades it.
