It is a museum, uss essex @ new york. I have seen big cruise ships dock there (Voyager class @ Royal Carribian - ex-largest in the world). They got there by crane, at least most of them.
Maan. I so have to try and fit that into my trip to America this summer. Even if I have to go a week out of my way to do so, a floating museum like that would be truly awesome.

You can tell how there are two pictures merged together by the difference in waves, the apparently decided it was a good idea to chop away parts of the one dock, maybe an older picture. As the dock looks new, and it is fairly new. At least compared to the ones beside it.
And I know it is, I have been there 3 times
