i have bad hit reg with tv missles all the fucking time!
i hate putting tv missles straight through choppers... sometimes even the big fat mes/chinese choppers it goes straight through

I'm not sure if someone's covered this already Sarge but I can save you some time:
bad hitreg is not to do with the CPU;
it's not tied to the connection speed;
it's not tied to load on the server.

I'm 99% certain it's a combination of bad coding and packet loss.

Oh and I have a mid-range CPU and always have bad hitreg (regularly doesn't really cover it).

AMD64 X2 with 100fps, at pings 20-30ms I don't remember any problems.. at 100ms sometimes.

low end pc, about 1 in 200 shots fucks up that's about it, goin by the results it's just the game fucking things up, nothin to do with system specs.

Some specs for no apparent reason:

Athlon 3200+ (32bit)
2GB Corsair DDR400
OCd ATi x1950 Pro (AGP)

Get a steady 60+ FPS pings between 15-25
