specops: love blowing shit up, plus the carbines kick ass.
specops on USMC, love M4
DAO-12: it's the best upgrade compared to any other unlocks. plus it owns everything close up, and i've got my trusty sidearm for medium to long range.
USMC. It's the US... whats to explain?
Sharqi. Tons of close up action, plus the layout of the map is perfect.

Engineer, but I go spec-ops when I go commander (C4ing a base and lying in wait....)
USMC engineer. Pump shotty pwns all.
MK3A1 (hammer time!) or the G36C.
USMC, but MEC is pretty good as well.
Sharqi. Mainly bacause it mixes all the different types of combat (close quarters, sniping, stealth, etc)

Anti tank in any army except the crap Russian/rebel ones with the anti tank missiles that can be barely maneuvered.

Last Medic unlock i guess although I'm done with the medic path
USMC - mainly cause as mec/pla/etc i don't hear arty warnings
