Whoa... Can't believe these forums are still kicking.
Well for example, SniperBob sounds moderately better than EngineerBob or SupportBob.
The names in this reply are completely fictional. Any likeness to any person, living or dead, is entirely coincidental.

I shotgun EngineerBob..... Has a ring to it... Or is it just me?Penetrator_01 wrote:

My favorite is when they name themselves : elitesniper, snipergod, headshot, etc etc. then they go 3-18
Or people with the name Knifey_McStabstab and don't always use a knife.
Those are the most satisfying kills you can get from my point of view.
How do you feel being killed by a guy whos name is similar to that of a burger?

My name, is just....it doesn't have any kit meaning or anything to it.
This thread has basically turned into the where did you get your username thread.

Edit: to be on topic, i love when people kill me and say over the chat "not so much of a genius eh?"
i find it hilarious that people take the time to make fun of my name

because some people dont really give a fuck what there screen name is and probably spent about 0.5 secs coming up with the name but if you hurry up, URMYBF2HERO isnt taken yet
I don't know about anyone else, but I love sniping a person with "sniper" somewhere in their name. Even better than that is, is doing it multiple times.
On the flip side, I wouldn't want to have the name "sniper" somewhere in my name, and then be summarily killed by another sniper (which is bound to happen). That would just suck.

> My in-game name was Immobile Sniper before I got BF2,and even before I played in the demo servers. I had been playing HL2DM for a couple weeks under Tommy-D,when a friend suggested Immobile Sniper because I was good with the crossbow, but didn't move well. I eventually changed my name to Dolemite, and my machine crashed. I went a couple weeks without playing, and when I got this machine,I changed it again to The Return Of Dolemite. Dolemite was already taken when I filled out my sign-in for BF2,along with everything else I could think of,including Tommy-D,and Immobile Sniper was a last resort. I do tend to prefer the sniper kit,but will not hesitate to use something else, especially if the only place I can spawn is covered up with armor and guys with carbines,SMG's,assault rifles or shotguns. As much as I like the L96A1 and in some situations the M95,except for very fortunate circumstances they are worthless against armor or air vehicles. To me,it's all part of being a well-rounded player,or at least trying to be. I don't claim to be a superior sniper either,44.45 accuracy isn't worthy of a claim. On the other hand, and probably to my detriment,I WILL camp on your ass if I can. Tommy D.
Maybe not for you guys but every round I am great. Otherwise I wouldn't have picked the name.genius_man16 wrote:

is your name "ass" and you're using an empty kit?EmptyRøv wrote:
Because they are to lazy to make up a real nick.
1) Pick a kit. only 7 to chose from.
2) Add your real name.
Now you have a nick. Nice...hmm...Lame...
Let this topic die, I solved it already.
