Some ribbons do not show up in time. That's pretty much it. Most don't popup in game like awards or badges.
The WCR is f*cked up. Look at Volxs' stats. He doesn't have all the requirements, but still has the ribbon.
Lots of strange things happen with the medals and ribbons, i'm sure it'll just show up 1 day.
Whats up with your rank? your well past the score for general but you don't have it?

he doesnt have the rank because he may habe been missing a certain badge needed for gen.
I didn't reach the 1080hr requirement. The signature is just a photo I logged a long time ago.

Before Nerfing it, ppl jumping to the winning team got the medal. So team jumpers were rewarded before the so called nerfing.
