I was just wondering is Leadtek a good graphics card manufactuer? i was looking at buying a gigabyte 7950gt 512mb for $460 australian$ but then i saw a Leadtek 7950gt 256mb for $330 australian, besides the fact that one is 512mb and one is 256mb is there anything that makes one better then the other thanks. Karma for help.
512 version is much, much better.
I have a 8800GTX and also a 7900GTX of this brand. Damn good cards. This brand is often a little cheaper than Asus or else. I love those leadtek cards although they only come without much stuff, and the drivers arent the best.

And just one more thing are the clock and core speeds of the card the same as other brands?B00MH3ADSH0T wrote:

256 sucks...
The core speeds are usually the same. Some brands like XFX etc. offer factory overclocked though.

Yea but even tho 256 might suck its only $30 australian more then a gigabyte 7900gs 256 so would you say its worth it?Sl4y3r wrote:

If you're thinking about getting something as high as a 7950GT, just grab a mid-end '8x00' card from NVIDIA when they're available.B00MH3ADSH0T wrote:
