Ive been to Juneau, Very cool place. And from what I could tell, shitloads of bald eagles. One day while we were coming in from salmon fishing, there were at least 40 of them flying in a very tight circle above the water, something which our guide said he had never seen before as a lifelong resident. Anyway they were all cruising around and a small water-plane was coming in for landing right in their path. I swore it was going to nail some of them, and they are big enough that it would have screwed the plane as well, but right as it got to them they all just effortlessly drifted away in the nick of time. I guess they knew what they were doing.
Yeah don't fuck with the bald eagle, it'll rip your freaking head off! It's connection to America is no coincidence...
