if i had a 360, i still wouldn't buy this. I got the limited halo 2 and sold it 4 days later, after those bastards forced me to play as a covenant soldier and had the ending like they did. Pathetic. I mean, when you play a game and it simply stops and the credits start rolling, you know it's trash. Fuck Halo and Bungie.

Personnally, I'm not as hyped over Halo 3 as I was for the two others or Halo Wars(the Halo movie for those who don't know).
It looks FUCKING SWEET, but the issue here is moolah. I'm not about to fork out 500-ish bucks and another 60-70 when there aren't that many other titles that interest me on the 360 yet. Anyway, I WANT it, but cant afford that much of a dent right now.

Nah, just pissed me off. When we started the covenant storyline (I played co-op w/ a friend the first time through), I almost quit right then. Who cares about the fucking covenant. We bought the game to be the MC and murder aliens.Volatile_Squirrel wrote:

Then, when the game came to a stop, we almost broke the controllers.
On top of that, the game got so boring at the end, we ran through the last 3 levels.

And I absolutely adore the books. They help you understand the story so much better. I wonder what happened to Fred(2nd in command of the Spartans) and the other survivors after their return to Earth. I also want to know what the good doctor has in mind for Kelly. Bastards and their cliffhangers.

Don't waste your money are the upgraded edition of the game. Trust me I did with Halo 2. I already paid for my regular copy in full at gamestop/ebgames. Of course I still love Halo 1 more than Halo 2 but lets see where Halo 3 gets us.
