I am being sarcastic in highlighting that EA/Dice dont seem to check if a guys stats are legit before they dish out the rank.
I have a feeling it's automatic. EA only invests effort into producing hype for their products and putting a spin on their game updates regarding catastrophes (Like BF2's 1.3 patch).

His best round score is 75, and his best total score is 4327. He is just one of those who abuse the private rank a lot. It just probably pick the one who gain most career points over a month or week or so.
