Automatically connect to a specific server via Target in the shortcut?

Hey, I was wondering if you could copy-paste a specific server IP into the "Target" area in the shortcut with some relevant command, and double-clicking it would run BF2 and automatically connect you to this server.
I've managed to bypass the vids at the start, the log-in screen (created an auto-login with Prioaff - google for it, highly recommended) and all there's left is to connect a server

Assuming BF2 is in the default location its like this.

"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +playerName VicktorVauhn +playerPassword PASSWORD +fullscreen 1 +restart 1 +joinServer 8.6.8.42 +port 16567
everything is case sensitive.
