Well, I ended up going with the Samung 204BW. I really wanted to go with the Dell 2007WFP, but according to a lot of folks on the Dell Forum, Dell is using a Panel "lottery" so you may get the good S-IPS panel or yo may get a crappy for gaming PVA panel. Dell is using what ever they have in stock to build the LCD. Kinda sucks since most of the reviews for the S-IPS panels were pretty good. I read where one guy returned his 2007WFP 5-6 times before he got one with the S-IPS panel. I wasn't willing to do that.

I figure that if I don't like the 204BW for gaming, I'll put my CRT back as m main, and run the LCD as my secondary. I'll make sure I give it a good chance though.

Thanks all for your help.

That sucks.  Would have been nice to get the wide screen though.

Hey Viper, the 204BW is a widescreen . CAll of Duty 2 is cool with the new monitor since the game supports to monitors resolution and aspect ratio of 16:10. BF2142, I haven't really payed attention to any irregularaties, but if I wanted to, my video card does allow me to force a standard screen size, so I'd have black bars on the sides. I haven't done this yet. It looks fine to me.

Overall, I'd recommend this monitor for an under $300 20" Widescreen LCD.
