Bomber seatswitching!

So today I was playing lan with a friend, and we decided to play some coop against way too easy bots, just for fun. So I decided to go on clean sweep, just to practice some flying skill.

As I had explained solo-heli-ing to him just before, I suddenly came up with solo-bombing-seatswitching.
And it's so easy! you see a square (= vehicle), you switch to F2, right mouse, wait a second till it get's lock, shoot and even before it hits you can switch back to F1. I did hit 99 out of 100 targets. Oke, I understand that with those 5 bombs, you can take it out too, but suppose you have no bombs, and a long way to airfield, you can just take out 4 more vehicles in the same run! You can take out AA vehicles faster than with bombs, you can kill more vehicles without resupplying, ...

So what I wanted to know, did you guys knew this was so easy? Do you use it? (why/why not)? Any hints or complaints?

Yes, I knew it was that easy. I've been using it pretty much since I started flying.

It's much more accurate than bombing, and is better if you see a lone vehicle...it's not worth dropped your payload of bombs. It's also really good for taking out commander assets.

Also, you can take out 12 targets. You have three armaments of four missiles each.

I do it whenever I get in a bomber on my own.

For those that don't know how to do it.

Fly around and bomb multiple targets, when you see a single one in the open fly around, slow down a little (providing you know that your fighter pilot is atleast competent) and fly completely level and when you see the green box/orange triangle switch seats and fire away.

When you get good you can even destroy commander assets un-guided when solo.

Yeah, but it is soooo much more effective to have a two person crew, in the bomber especially, but also the heli.

At least in the heli it doesn't make too much of a difference.

Didn't knew it was used that much, and of course a duo team is more efficient, but somehow you sometimes end up on oilfields for example solo-ing the bomber. If only I could find the trick to evade all missiles with them and not just with my flares, it would be better, now I prefer the fighters as I know how to evade with them.

But cool that more people use it, I didn't knew it was that known.

And that it loses the lock on and the crosshair actually disappears.
I get that 90% of the time in the F15. In the Su30, about 10% of the time. Not sure on the Su-34 since I havent really used it much.
Yet I NEVER get any of that shit on SP.

I swear half of what little testing DICE do/did was in SP since that runs smoothly.

I know, and you didn't exactly expressed your reading (and writing) capabilities. If you reread my post you see that I ASK if this was known and if people do it, not saying that this is new or the most amazing thing that I invented that nobody knew.

I had this col fox mulder jerk who would jerk the plane AWAY once I got a lock on.
