You need to play 5 h. to get a service medal for that team, for instance SAS. I've played over 5h. as SAS and as Spetz, but havent recieved any service medals...

u cannot receive any medal or service ribbon and btw u need 5 hours for teh ribbon not the medal

Why can't you get the ribbons for now?
Within the Coding in requirements they have been 'commented out'
Basically, comments within code help the programmers to find chunks of code faster, and understans them with ease. EA/Dice have actually commented the ribbons and medals meaning they're just 'notes' and currently don't exist. They'll most likely be avaliable in a future patch.
