Sarrk, im with you all the way, WoW is a great game, people who don't like it don't have to play it, no-body is making you (well, they might have a gun, like this one time!...wait na..thats another story) play it, but its a very rewarding game, if you don't know or have anybody with you, you fail. Bottom line is, you need other people to play the game. Me and all my friends and school play it, and we think it is very fun, especially when your doing it with people you know.
However... some people get a BIT too hooked up with it..in fact a 13-year-old Chinese kid played for 36 hours straight trying to get into a guild (clan) and when they kept rebuting him, he killed himself. These people are the ones that don't have a life outside the game, and the ones that shoudl stop playing it instantly. When you play WoW spaced out, lke i do with 2142, its really good, the best thing about it is that you don't have to use alot of skill to play it, anybody can play it, male, female, old, young, whatever.

Um liek no. GW is like one huge PuG. It was fun for a while (Props to you cougs) but it felt like offline play most of the time.

Every other Battlefield game died ages ago for me, but I didn't need/want to sell them, even if I got a discount for another game, it just wouldn't be the same. Eventually, when WoW dies for you (It WILL happen), you'll want to come back for a round or two.

I played wow for about 3 months and I got lvl 53 night elf. Then when I started to come closer to the maxium lvl 60, I started to realise that the game is actually (at high lvls) about showing off your armor and weapons and character. Then I decided that I don't want to start raiding (raid is thing where there can be 20-40 people go into one dungeon to kill bosses) because I thought it's stupid just to get better armor because what do you do with it? You don't need to lvl anymore.

I say it's good game, you can have fun but one of the game killers is the quests. Because most of the quests are like "get me 10 centaur ears" and then the drop rate for the ears is so low that you may kill maybe 7 centaur and then at 8th centaur the ear will drop. So it may take hours just for one quest because the drop rate is so low.

Overall it's good game but maybe at some point you will see that the game is about showing off your armor to others.

And these people who are against the game they have some reason and maybe haven't even played the game. My friend was angry at me for playing wow and saying things like "wow takes your social life" and then I found out that my friend was angry at me for playing wow because she had lost her boyfriend because he was playing wow too much.

And people who play the game too much (like this one, 16 hours a day) it's not because of the game but they have problems and escape their own problems by playing some game. They could play some other game instead of wow as well.

I say Sarrk, by all means play the game if you want to.

However the BF2 servers were made of wood and are currently placed out in the open in a gang controlled ghetto, and get bashed every weekend by gangsters.
