Well, I am thinking of getting xbox 360, but I don't own HD TV, and I don't think I will be able to afford to get 360+ HD TV, just wondering wut will the image quality will be using a normal TV, the TV got AV port(the 3 colour ports) + SCAT or w/e it is called. Also Can I use the computer TFT monitor to get an HD quality. Please explain to me and I will karma u xD.

Must avoid joke...

Just wait until HD tv's drop down in price then buy one when they're in your price comfort zone. I have been thinking of getting myself something like a 40-50 inch 1080p hdtv but at the prices i'm going to hold off a bit until they drop by at least 50%.

uhh... no?

Even though the 360 will have better versions out later this year, like a 1080i version, its still the best system out there.

Quieter DVD drive, 1080i support, and I think a new CPU.

Just found out, if i get the HD VGA AV Cable for Xbox 360, will I be able to run HD quality on my PC monitor

ive got that vga cable for my monitor. be warned at the higer resolutions the 360 wont always be able to scale them to a normal monior ratio, seems they only figured the detail for widescreen. so it plays compressed. still though, looks great anyway, or just leave in the 480 which still looks good
