On sunny day at Wake Island me and my US team had all the other flags expect Airfield. And of course we are assaulting it furiously. I drive a car to the flag but then notice a J-10 just going to take off. As a clever soldier I get an awesome idea how to stop the jet from leaving the runway. I furiously run towards the jet and get to it's way before it has even speeded up. There I stood thinking that he won't want to take off because I was in the way. All of you know the result... Flying J-10 and a squished soldier on the runway!

Long live the noob moments!

I once had a guy drop a handgrenade on me while trying to take the hotel flag on Jalalabad. I was so pissed I re-spawned, climbed up the ladder to knife the guy. He was sniping on the edge. I run towards him, knife in hand and hit prone, only to dive over him and fall off the edge of the hotel. Luckily I was quick enough to open my shoot.
Best of the the stupid noob stayed up there in the same position and I knifed him moments later.

It's much worse on a map like wake were theres not much land and if u do that you'll be miles from land and lose the jet and have to suicide.

One moment or moments is on the carrier just not knowing how to fly and going straight down after taking off or when i first played as a commder i hit T to drop supplies..arty..uav etc. so to get places i drove around in an FAV for hrs instead of using command menu in one spot

i was on wake island kicking some asses in j-10, spent most of my time in the air without any big resistance. rounds goes on then ends up so i have a look at my score see if i did well. what did pissed me off is that i again scrashed myself likre a stupid noob 2 times, i flew too low and hit trees. rounds could have been my best round ever but it turns into one of my worse.

I dunno if its noobish or just dumb but:

We screwing around pre-game on Dilian Plant. I, not having messed around with spec ops much, am throwing around C4 packs...

strap two to the attack chopper, and watch two team mates fly off. They get half way to shore and I blast the C4, both people forgive my team kill...

I mess around a little more, then notice we have 9 players.....Then I notice the "You need X players...." message is gone....

Oops, When did the game start and how did I get minus so many points....

well, if i wouldnt have crashed, i'd finished the round with a pretty 43-0 but instead i died twice, one at a few seconds before the end of round. you know, im not the best pilot and i'd loved to have 43-0, would have been my best round in jet so far, actually its a 27-0 round which was my best. think about it, from 27 to 43 in a perfect round, it would have been nice.

Anyway i sucked, i screwed up another perfect round by crashing myself

i think i've had some noobie moments in my time playing...today i had another moment...i was trying to kill some nub with shockpaddles but the paddles didnt do their job, like they do sometimes...then the guy hears me and pulls out a knive and stabs me down
but thats more buggy than really mmy mistake

Back when land mines could kill teammates, I was in a full Black Hawk on Dalian Plant and we were capping one of the flags. For some reason I decided to throw down some mines while the helicopter was landing. Not so smart.

my worst moment, would have to be..kiling someone, with my m95, while there trying to take off.. then typeing "PWNED, then right when i hit enter,i get sniped by the same person. happened to me on ghost town

Being a noob I didn't want to waste the transport chopper so I asked if anyone wanted it. Everyone said no, OK to take it.

I lasted about 5 seconds the first time, then flew out of bounds next time.

It'll be awhile before I try to fly again. :p

You should, give it some time and sometime soon you'll start killing things and start getting really good it just takes time....maybe a lot of time but im right around that point and i have just less then 10,000 pts so it wont take your lifetime

O and another noob moment/habit getting annoy'd trying to find solider hiding at spawns when in a tank id get out all the time and they would come out of nowhere and take it....something i learned the hard way not to do

hmm pretty stupid but it is noobey:

I was on Karkand IO with a PKM and a load of grenade spamming douchebags on my team. i decide after some time to spam a bit of grenades as that was the only way the players were mainly getting kills, so i am by the hotel with about 5 of my team mates resupplying till i decieded to throw a nade, but it bounced of a wall as i was too ignorant to run and my teamates were too busy spamming nades...i ended up with 5 tk's as well as my own suicide and a automatic kickban

Another time I passed over a friendly carrier before the game had started, dropped a bomb randomly and hit a friendly helicopter that had just taken off. Whoops.

i cant think of my noobiest moment, but i can think of a funny story:

i was gunning in the apache on iron gator, racking up quite a nice score. i was 15-0 2 minutes in. i took out the attack chopper and two completely loaded transport choppers from the MEC SF team.

one of those transport choppers, however, was just over the edge of the carrier, right by the flight deck. guess what happens next?

yep. shitload of TKs. went from 30 points to 8, in an instant. (-22 for those who suck at math.)

after that, i was so damned shook up (i really don't know why, either) i couldnt TV the broad side of a barn (or the tunguska, after 8 tries, without it moving, for that matter)
