i want to duel boot my computer
at the moment i have got vista ultimate on drive c and i want to put xp on drive d
so can anybody tell how to do it please

Hmm not sure as they are on different drives, but try plugin in the xp drive and then editing the Vista boot file with something like Vista Boot Pro.

Let me emphaise im not sure how / if this will work. Id be more comfortable if they were different paritions on the same drive...

never tried it myself but my brother has win xp and linux on different drives and he has a bootloader (a program  that allows u to select wich OS to load) btw are the drive c: and drive d: on same drive or are they like 2 different HDDs?

edit: ehmm, windows has built-in bootloader. I have installed different windowses in my comp and it automatically loaded boot up screen to select OS...
