When you get teamkilled it should not count as a death towards you. Never fails .. and doesn't make much sence why you should suffer for noobs. While minimal it adds up over time. I could be wrong here but i'm sure it does count as a death.

I can definately see the good in it, but it would be pretty shitty in some instances. Like when asshats stand in front of your jet when you're taking off. They deserve the death.

Then there should be an honor system like in America's Army where you can have servers for more advanced players. While i'm sure it's too much to implement one can only hope to escape them..
My K/D Ratio always get fucked with TKers and Artly. They should count as global deaths
I don't really have a problem with getting a death from TKing - if you get shot in the real world, you die - no matter who the bullet comes from. My only problem is that you get a -2 score for suicides. I can see where this would be important in keeping people from suiciding and stat padding, but for times when you accidentally nade/fall/etc., a negative 2 score is kinda annoying.

As for your original complaint: find a server with FF off, it's the top server info. part that either says "0" or "1". Go to the ones that say "0". If you're on a server that says "1" I'll make sure to TK you for being a grumpy little 3 year old who can't seem to agree with common sense.
BTW, there are no noobs in real life, that would be something we call a gaming term.

I have one confession here...I did team kill ONE TIME on purpose. I was standing near a transport chopper hoping to catch a ride (cause I can't fly the helos to save my avatar...). Well, some oxygen thief must have thought I was waiting to fly, because after standing nearby for 10-15 seconds TK'ed me with extreme prejudice. It was late, I was more than a bit cranky thanks to wife and work, so I spawned as antitank and laid in wait. When the champ chump came back for another ride I ran happily out from hiding in front of the helo and did the deed - three times.
I've confessed, now I feel better. On a more serious note, I try to be VERY careful NOT to TK and try to be a team player at all times - to me the game is much more fun that way. The worst problem I have is in the more crowded firefights and a team mate appears to have a red moniker. I'm sure it's because of interposed forces, but I'd swear sometimes the server messes up on team color.

Ive had the same problem with the team color switching to red. It sucks but i've noticed it doesnt count as a team kill when it happens.
I did my first TK the other day on purpose.. this dude was outlining me with bullets while I just stood there then got closer with the rocket launcher, and he even reloaded and started again, I guess trying to fend me off "his" tank, so I shot him and took "his" tank. It actually felt good. Sorry I don't tk on purpose but that was the first.. Just had to put that out. I think the system if fair. the punish part is alright but I think less points, maybe more tickets instead of alot of negative points. And the page up or down is a joke, who actually doesn't punish anymore? Asshat or not, it doesn't matter.
