I just got my new comp and i whent into cpu-z to check if everything was running as it should but it says my ram is only running at 400mhz wtf? its ment to be running at 800mhz what do i have to do to get it running like it should (im a noob at bios so anyhelp will be great)

DDR means Dual Data Rate.

As in, basically*, it works 2 times every 1 cycle or

2 x 1Hz

Its normal.

I think you can overclock your memory in order to get better performance.

Very true. It all gets a bit weird with DDR2 because it isn't just double pumped (reading on rising and falling edges) and isn't quad pumped (as you may expect).
