REALLY, what is not funny about seeing millions of bodies flying around in the air in spazzed out positions? What is with calling someone a nerd because of how much they play? Really, you have no idea how the person lives right?

I myself have 1000+ hours of bf2. Wanna know why? Its been out for fucking 2 years nearly, i happened to be in a low grade at school when i started playing, and had no homework (or little) and no job, giving me lots of free time to play. Now that i am in a more requiring position and my first job coming up soon, I won't be able to put as much time in. But, I also know a few people in there mid thirties that have been physically damaged and can't get outside and do sports/jobs ect, so they play Bf2.

Calling someone a nerd because they like to play lots is frankly pretty lame. "OmG LOL WE R ON TEH GAMINGZ FORUMZ BUT UR A TARD IF YOU PLAY THE GAME LOAZTBH!"

Once more for effect, get fucked and die.

I remember my first time getting on a BF2 server where I was actually meeting a friend I knew. We were good friends. He dated this one girl, and a few months after they broke up, I started dating her. He was cool with it. Really!

So, I got on that server with him and we were on the same team. He was the squad leader. We were running behind enemy lines and grabbing flags after people would leave. I kept dying though. We'd jump in to get the flag, and he'd accidentally teamkill me just before it would go neutral.

I knew this was by accident, so I spawned back on top of him again.

Then we'd sneak off to the next flag. Same thing. Just before it went neutral, he gunned me down. He said he missed while aiming for the enemy...

Okay, well, shit happens. I spawned back on him again.

We got to the next flag and just before it went neutral, he shot me with a T-90. Purely by accident. He was trying to aim for the enemy to kill him before he got to me.

I mean he was trying to do the right thing and protect his buddy.

So then, I respawned AGAIN on him as an engineer. We got to the next flag. We drove up in a Vodnik. By habbit, I like dropping a mine close to the flag in case the enemy tries to approach, it might stop them, or I might later on get 2x points for flag defense.

While I was croutched about 30 feet in front of the Vodnik, next to the flag, it was about to turn neutral. He hopped in the Vodnik and ran me over! Then he hopped out of the car while on top of my mine.

BOOM!

He said I team killed him on purpose...

Why would I do that? Aren't we buddies?

We don't talk much these days...

1. When I play with my two buddies on either BF2 or 2142, we always have the best games and always come out as best squad.

And 'sieze to have a life?' What the hell does that mean?

C4'ing a BlakHawk with a full squad 3 times in a row on Gulf of Oman. They flew in took the Rock Fortification CP as they were capping the flag I placed a few c4 packs on the BH and as they started to fly away...Boom. The Commander on duty must've been watching cause he immediatly dropped a supply crate nearby so I was able to reload some c4. I retook the flag and about a minute later I was still hanging around when I saw another BH coming in so I hid in the same spot, let them cap the flag as I placed c4 on the Helo a second time and as they flew away...boom. I reloaded c4 again recapped the flag and too my surprise they tried it again a 3rd time. I figured what the hell, 3rd time must be a charm so I got away with it agian.

Mine would probably be when I was sitting in a tank on wake and a J-10 was flying right at me and I took a shot and blew him to pieces.

I just commanded in two back to back great matches worthy of mention.  Both took place on Karkand with Infantry Only.

The first, I was MEC commander.  As per usual, I blew up both spans of the bridge between the Train Accident and the Gatehouse, and lay by the ramp with C4 charges ready to take down anyone who came up (it's a lot of fun seeing the enemy disappear when they go off!)

Anyway, my team responded beautifully to my orders.  I kept a close eye on enemy movements.  When I warned of a flanking attack on the suburb, my team lept into action and took them down.  Only once were they able to flank us and turn the flag - which lasted only a few seconds.  Otherwise, the USMC team never made it past the hotel.

I commanded the USMC team on the second match.  Immediately, I ordered my teams to spread out and take the flanks - which they did at Market, Suburb, Train Accident and Gatehouse.  Another team kept pressing for the Hotel.  Soon, the MEC were left with just the square as a spawn point.  My teams converged in, took the spawn, and mopped up.  The whole thing was over in 10 minutes.

I am immensely proud of the way my teams acted in both matches.  They should all be so good.  I earned Bronze Stars for each, mainly because, well, the matches were over so quickly there wasn't time to earn more points!

My all time favorite BF2 moment = Kubra Dam.  I took the MEC fighter over to the USMC base, bailed out above it, and parachuted down to the ground.  Amazingly, I land next to the USMC commander.  He received a shocking surprise from my knife!!!

When this game first came out, i played on this server called "art of war solders" or AoWs alot, and every round on Dalian which back then no one knew how to fly jets or choppers or TV missile so it was boring, well me and this other regular would go on top of the mountain by the Chinese uncap and hop around like idiots. I saw a friendly blackhawk flying nearby, with 4 people inside. I swerved and screamed over TS for him to shoot, so he fires and gets 4 teamkills ^_^

This one time I was just hanging out at the MEC airport on Gulf of Oman (I was MEC).
I was standing there, just waiting for a plane to respawn or something, and I see this tiny grey dot appear in the sky. It comes closer and I can make out it's a blackhawk, coming straight for me. I stood there, transfixed, unable to move, wondering what the BH was going to do. It just came plummeting down, straight at me. At the last moment a guy ejects, but doesn't deploy his shute. He lands on me, killing me instantly and the empty chopper crashes on him, killing him. That was so unreal and utterly pointless I had to laugh.

hell yeah this time was funny. me and my brother went on our server and found an idle player. SO we killed & revived him. normally i kick idle players after about 15 minutes but this time i had my fun with this idle one. well i concede, that this is not that correct BUT it was only one time and i refuse to tolerate calling me a padder.

Who are you trying to kid buddy, just clicking on your fav victim leads to more and more padders. It's all a circle which leads to you being one of them (padder).
