This one isn't as low but he is hauling serious ass.

I think that A-10 takeoff would be a violation. Staying that low right after take off could cause problems because as the flaps retract, lift decreases a little bit due to reduction in wing area. IF the pilot doesn't know what he's doing, he simply could've dipped the 10-20 ft and bellied his A-10. There has been multiple mishaps regarding F15s and F16s with retracting the gea too soon after takeoff, causing the plane to dip and belly. Also, the pilot probably just wanted to scare the shit out of the camera man, but the camera man stood still. Because it looked like he was about to pull up, but he decided to stay low and slow.
