If EA is going to strongarm game server providers into giving them free servers, why dont they
at least provide some sort of monitoring for these servers ?
A rule to live by within 2142 is to never play on EA servers... they're ALWAYS unmonitored noob zones.
Anything goes, including stat padding. The EA US Insomnia server 16 player Camp Gibraltar server
is the worst one one the net. Unfortunately one of my buddies plays there quite a bit. EVerytime I join
him for a game, theres always 3 or 4 players there ruining it for the rest of us..
Clan servers are a close 2nd. I know there are some good clans out there that run good ones, but
8/10 of them are pathetic. Ego admins who kick you of you own them, call you a cheat, and even
worse, NEVER help anyone on their team except their own clannies.. Ive been kicked while commanding
so many times on clan servers, because one of their kiddie clannies wants to command..and when they
get the commander spot, they do nothing but help their own.
I know I know, play elsewhere.. well, I try, but it seems 80% of the servers on the list are either one
of the above.
back to my point... EA servers...avoid them..if you wanna have any kind of fun at all..
