If this person has Teamkilled you right infront of your face, then you punish, YOU DO NOT ENCOURAGE THEM BY FORGIVING THEM. If they are driving and they cannot get out of the way, and get killed, then you forgive. If you get out of the way, and they swerve to hit you. YOU DO NOT FORGIVE. YOU PUNISH SO THEY STOP DOING IT.

quit bitching about tkers... WTF are you talking about. tking a person by accident is okey but tking somone for a plane, a tank or just blatently doing it should have c4 stuck up their ass , someone pull a detinator, blows up to see how much full of crap they are...

I always punish when I get tk'd unless I can visibly see that it was purely an accident. Otherwise I don't discriminate. It's annoying to constantly get killed by people who have no idea what they're doing. It's not hard to take a quick glance at your radar to see blue dots or not. When you see a mass of blue, don't throw a grenade at it... or bomb a flag 5-10 seconds after your team has capped it.

Your obviously a novice player and havent experience the full spectrum of forced teamkills,punishes,insults and kickvotes....

mutiny against comander u can understand(not uaving,not arttying..u see it often.) ...but kick vote against individual players..?? why?...why "need" the power to kick individuals??

So some players can provoke harassment of other players by the whole server...thats why...

In my experience(9months-Bf2) kick votes are used spitefully. The amount of times ive seen kick votes for guys who just joined but havnt even spawned yet(and most people vote yes)...Why?

I have an experience that should convince anyone who thinks the kick vote/punishes system is used fairly....

.............I had just joined a Wake server...it was nearing the end of the round....i spawned on the carrier, there was a jet and no one there....so i got in the jet ,powered up, and went....."teamkill", then, as fast as lightspeed, punish...he must have purposely run under the jet while i powered up?!
...but then this spiteful loser goes the extra mile and immediately initiates a kick vote against me....i was gobsmacked at the spite....next thing i check the manage tab and see almost evryone voted yes....1 second later my screen froze and i was kicked...

I have experienced hate and spite before(even bashed by a gang of 5 thugs once in real life) but this hate/spite, leveled at anonomous players, then quickly backed by the rest of the players, makes me feel sick in the stomach.....

it kinda mirrors american culture...vicious mob mentality calling for blood (anyone's) to aleviate feelings of inadaquicy..

and just like american culture, ill be giving BF a miss aswell....

Exactly.  See blue, be more cautious.

For your tank TK example, end result was the same.  Your teammate and tank got destroyed.  End result, you lost a few more points, instead of waiting afterwards to kill the enemy.  Who's to say if the tanker was able to dodge/run-over the would be bombers.

And "Death", I have about 6 times as much gametime as you on my primary account, but yet I only have about double your team kills.  Lucy, you have some splaining to do!...
