Put your mine on a friendly vehicle just before the driver presses the gas and if timed perfectly it may glitch and sit in the air. I don't know if people can blow up on them in the air as it was a fluke that it even happened.

How do you get 3 other engineers in armor, I get all excited if I can even find one to roll with

To the others, to get guys to play engineer, either create a squad called "Engineers", or play with friends, get on vent or teamspeak and grab any armor that you can. The squad lead drives around one vehicle, and everytime there's another vehicle to steal or grab, one guy who is sitting with the squad lead jumps out and jacks it. Soon you end up with all the vehicles because 5v1 (plus engineers) is a bit overpowering lol.
